Registration forms can be sent to you by post. To request a form by post, please contact us.
Forms should be returned to: Atwest, Acorn Park, Brunel Way, Minehead, TA24 5BY.
We offer ‘printable’ forms you can print out, complete and post to us; and also ‘electronic’ forms you can download, complete and save on your computer and then email to us ([email protected]) as an attachment. (Please use the subject ‘Registration Form’ and we will acknowledge receipt.)
